Bookings are accepted on a first come,
first served basis and accommodation in some categories is limited.
Once a booking has been accepted we are unable to refund the fee if
you cancel but you may send a substitute delegate in your place. The
programme and speaker details are published in good faith but the
organisers reserve the right to make any changes which may become
necessary as a result of circumstances beyond their control. Should
the event be prevented from taking place participants will receive a
full refund of the conference fee paid and the organisers (Reason in
Practice Limited) shall incur no further liability.
Payment is due by the date of the
conference. If we have not received payment by 26 June 2002, you
will be asked to provide a Visa, MasterCard or Eurocard
authorisation on arrival that will be held until 8 July. If payment
has not been received by this date, the credit card will be
processed.
